After Zhao Yong (1289-1360). This is a fantastic work on silk painted with great skill and detail. It is after the famous Yuan dynasty painter Zhao Yong, from the Wuxing area. He was known for his now iconic representations of horses, which were of great importance to the Yuan Dynasty rulers. There is an inscription translating to "Wuxing Zhaoyong" Likely 19th century
