Description

An early 20th-century American patchwork quilt, possibly from Maryland, hand-pieced and quilted in a "Turkey Tracks" pattern consisting of a five-by-five grid of twenty-five square blocks rendered in deep red, hunter green, and cream cotton fabrics accented with coordinating grid sashing and a multi-banded border, with an added white fabric hanging sleeve attached along the upper rear edge.

Intact stitching with minor wear to the fabric panels; features generalized yellowing, widespread staining throughout, and two large stains on the front face, and would benefit from cleaning
