Baume & Mercier 18k yellow gold and diamond wristwatch with curb link bracelet strap. Dial encrusted with 74 diamonds weighing 0.95 tcw, links with 36 diamonds weighing an additional 0.40 tcw. Accompanied by a 1978 evaluation from Bucherer. 6.75" long, dial 24 x 21mm. Gross weight of 43.9 grams.
