Chinese Blanc-de-Chine Porcelain Multi-Armed Guany
Description
Well detailed slip cast and molded figure of a multi-armed Guanyin seated in dhyanasana holding Buddhist attributes in each extended hand. She sits atop a high-pedaled lotus base, The bottom is marked with a collection number and stamped with #36. This lot is offered along with a small Banc-de-Chine foo dog as an incense stick holder. In 18th century style and possibly of the period.
