Chinese porcelain famille rose dish emblematic of 'Fire', depicting Vulcan near his forge with Jupiter and his eagle approaching, and Venus in the sky above, all surrounded by a gilt foliate border and based on a print by Antoine Herisset after the painting by Francesco Albani

slight wear to glaze, otherwise good condition, surface crack on base of plate top and bottom
