Empire Ormolu Portico Clock, works by Gaston Jolly a Paris, the case possibly by Pierre-Philippe Thomire. Note: The quality of casting and two tone burnished gilding suggest that Thomire, may have supplied the case to Jolly, who is known to supply the bronze cases to Jolly's work shop.
