An early 19th-century English Sheraton style mahogany bow-front chest-on-chest featuring a two-part construction with a molded cornice over five graduated drawers in the upper section and three deeper graduated drawers in the lower section, all finished with hand-dovetailed drawer joints, cock-beaded edges, and oval brass drop pulls stamped with a classical temple ruin architectural motif below inset brass keyhole escutcheons, with rough-sawn pine backing boards, measuring 74 x 23 x 47 inches
Details
mahogany, brass
74 x 23 x 47 inches
Provenance
