Description
An English sterling silver two-handled presentation cup featuring a tapered hemispherical body stamped with a London assay mark alongside the maker's mark of Thomas Robbins for the year 1805, an incised decoration depicting a bird perched on a rock on the exterior surface, small localized dents to the body, a vermeil-gilded interior finish, a beaded rim molding, and two opposing strap handles, with an approximate weight of 382 grams
