This is a wonderfully formed standing terracotta mastiff. Well proportioned and muscled showing color and ring. A very fine example of the form with only expected surface wear and minor losses. Han Dynasty (206 BCE - 220 CE). Purchased at Anthony J. Allen's Antiques, NZ.
