Octavo (7 3/8 x 5 inches; 187 x 127mm). Pp. [i-]vi-ix[-x; 1-]4-305[-308] Portrait frontispiece. Original black cloth, spine lettered in gilt, dust-jacket by Ronald Clyne (spine gently bumped at head and foot, small tears to dust-jacket [see images], front flap clipped).

First edition, with a print run of 3000 copies. Currey p.264.
