Meissen Porcelain Group, "The Revelers" depicts a gentleman seated on a wine cask drinking wine and accompanied by children and a faun playing a horn, underglaze blue crossed swords with dot mark Dimensions: 8 1/2" H x 5 1/2" W x 4 1/4" D Property from the Estate of Florence (1917-2018) and Judge David Edelstein (1910-2000). In 1951, President Truman appointed Edelstein Judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and he served as chief judge from 1971 to 1980.
