An Oceanic ceremonial mask carved from wood or pith with an oval form and features cowrie shell insets for eyes, a prominent nose, and a slightly open mouth, the entire surface decorated with terracotta-red, black, and white natural ochre pigments forming geometric and foliate patterns.
