Large, nicely formed jacketed male and female figures in green and amber glazes with pigments. The female figure is holding a bowl and the male figure is carrying a box. Both are on square pediments and have well painted, removable heads. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644 CE). Purchased at Anthony J. Allen's Antiques, NZ, 2003.
