A collection of three acoustic violin bows including an authentic nineteenth-century example hand-crafted by master archetier François Nicolas Voirin stamped "F.N. Voirin A Paris" at the handle, each constructed with a octagonal or round pernambuco wood stick, an ebony frog featuring mother-of-pearl slide inlay, and a silver-wound lapping terminating at a traditionally carved head, with the Voirin example measuring 29 1/4 inches. Voirin bow head also includes a small metal pin, pictured.

Fair to good overall condition; one non-Voirin bow exhibits a structurally stable, previously repaired hairline fracture running through the upper head facet, the primary F.N. Voirin bow shows typical historic hair degradation, thumb leather wear near the stamp margin, and superficial micro-scratching across the ebony frog facets consistent with playing use
