Image Size: 40" x 27" x 0" Skinny wooden frame. Vladimir Lazarev was a Russian painter, originally from a small village near Rostov-on-Don in 1904. He later moved to Germany to study with various artists and eventually to France, with one of his tutors being Miassodev in Paris. A common subject of his oil paintings were horse riders and his ability to capture energy and motion.
